Purchase process

A ticket is purchased in four steps: 1) timetable search and departure selection, 2) choosing the number of passengers and the class, 3) order review with the total price and email entry, 4) card payment. Before paying, the customer confirms acceptance of these terms of purchase (by active selection on the order page).

Prices

All prices are stated in euros (EUR) with taxes included, according to the Seller’s current Passenger Tariff for domestic transport. Children under 6 travel free with an adult (no ticket); children aged 6–14 receive a 50% discount. The total price, with any discounts, is shown on the order review before payment.

Payment methods

Payment is made with payment cards: Diners Club International, Visa, Discover, Mastercard® and Maestro®, via the secure page of the payment processor Monri system, with 3D Secure protection. Card details are never entered or stored on the Seller’s site — see the Payment Security page.

Ticket delivery

The ticket is delivered electronically only — immediately after successful payment, an electronic ticket with a QR code is sent to the email address entered during purchase and is also available via the order link. There are no delivery costs. During inspection on the train, show the ticket on your phone screen or printed.

Complaints and refunds

Complaints are submitted by email to info@zpcg.me or by phone at +382 20 441 197. The Seller will respond to a complaint within 4 (four) working days of receipt. Ticket refund conditions are governed by the Seller’s current Passenger Tariff. In the case of an approved refund, funds are returned exclusively to the payment card used for the purchase, by reversing the transaction through the payment processor.

Payment currency

All payments are effected in euros (EUR). If your card is denominated in another currency, the charged amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of the card associations, i.e. your issuing bank — see the Payment Security page for details.
