What data we collect

For an online ticket purchase we collect only the data necessary to complete the purchase: your email address (for delivery of the electronic ticket and order notifications) and the order details (route, travel date, number of passengers, class).

We do not collect or store payment card data. Card details are entered exclusively on the secure page of the payment processor Monri system, which holds a PCI DSS Level 1 certificate. More on the Payment Security page.

Purpose of processing

We use the data exclusively to: process and charge the order, issue and deliver the electronic ticket, inspect the ticket on the train, resolve complaints, and meet legal (accounting and tax) obligations.

Marketing messages

We do not use your email address for marketing campaigns, nor do we share it for marketing purposes. Should we ever send promotional messages, we will do so only with your prior explicit consent, with the option to opt out at any time via the link in the message or by sending a request to info@zpcg.me.

Data sharing

Data is shared with third parties only when necessary to complete the purchase (the payment processor Monri Payments — transaction processing) or when required by law (competent state authorities). All recipients are bound by confidentiality.

Retention and your rights

Order data is retained for the periods prescribed by the accounting and tax regulations of Montenegro. You have the right at any time to request access to, correction or deletion of your data (within the limits of statutory retention obligations), and to object to the processing — send your request to info@zpcg.me.
